What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), your health profile, appointment details, messages, uploaded records, consultation notes and prescriptions, and technical logs needed to run the service securely.

How we use it

To schedule and run consultations, send reminders, let your doctor review your history, issue prescriptions, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Your consent

We process your health data with your consent, which you give when you sign up and again when this policy changes. We record which version you accepted and when. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account (below); withdrawing does not affect what was done before.

Who can see your health data

Only you and the doctors you book can see your clinical information. Doctors see records only for patients they treat. Every access to sensitive actions is written to an audit log.

Video consultations

Video and audio travel directly between the people in the call, encrypted; when a direct route is not possible they pass through our relay server without being stored. Consultations are not recorded.

Emails

We email you only after you confirm your address. Your consultation summary and prescription are emailed as signed PDFs; they stay available in your account.

Storage and security

Data is stored on servers operated for this service, encrypted in transit with TLS. Backups are encrypted. In the mobile app, your health data and session are encrypted on the device and are not included in phone backups.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. When you delete it, we erase your contact details, photo, health profile and the records you uploaded that are not part of a consultation at once. Records of your consultations (appointments, notes, prescriptions, messages and the files shared in them) must be kept by law for doctors; we keep them for 3 years after your last consultation and then erase them.

Your rights

You can see and correct your data in your profile, download all of it as a file (Settings › Download my data), and delete your account (Settings › Delete my account). You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity by writing to the grievance officer.

Grievance officer
